A valuation report is not a survey. This type of report will provide you with an assessment of the property's current Market Value given its present condition.

This is an RICS Red Book Valuation which is acceptable to the courts and authorities for the purpose of a matrimonial settlement, or for the purpose of valuation for probate or for the proceeds of crime proceedings. Retrospective valuations can also be provided for these purposes.

It will provide you with:

• The basic property constructions details
• Legal issues for consideration
• Basic description of Services (not tested)
• Any defects or considerations that may potentially affect saleability or value.
